**Job Description:**

As a Sips Team Member, your role will involve engaging with customers in a fast-paced and lively setting. From slower days to bustling rushes, maintaining a relaxed and cheerful demeanor is key. We believe in fostering a positive atmosphere where both customers and team members can enjoy themselves.

**Shift Availability:**

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate various schedules:

- Morning Shift: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Each shift lasts for 4 hours, designed to prevent employee burnout and promote work-life balance.

**Compensation:**

Starting wage ranges between $10 to $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
